Tell us which summary, what happened and which device you use (model, and whether it is an iPhone or iPad). If you can, also send a screenshot: it makes things much faster to resolve.

The 15 Minutes app is free to download, and some summaries are free. Premium unlocks the full library. In the US it costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year (prices vary by country and are shown in the store before you buy). It renews automatically and is billed and managed entirely by the store where you downloaded the app. We do not have access to your payment details.

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 15 Minutes → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Android: coming soon.

If you cancel, there are no future charges. Refund requests are made through the store itself (Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com), which processes the payment. We cannot refund store payments ourselves.

Each code is valid for a single redemption, on the first device that uses it. Redeem it in Settings → "Redeem code", inside the app. If you see "code already redeemed", it was used before: write to us with the code and what appeared on the screen.

In the app: Settings → Social → Delete my profile. By email: write to contato@15min.com.br with the subject "Data deletion" (and your nickname, if you have one). This also covers the random identifier stored when you redeem a code, use a referral or rate a book. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email. Use the same address to ask for access or correction of your data, or to report a child's data. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

You can report and block profiles inside the app. You can also write to us with the nickname and what happened; we review reports and remove profiles that break the community rules.

15 Minutes is an independent editorial product: the summaries and analyses are written by our team, in our own words. We are not affiliated with the authors or publishers of the works discussed, and we do not distribute the original text of the books. If you represent an author or publisher and want to talk about a summary, write to the same email.
