How to delete your account and data

To read and listen to 15 Minutes summaries there is no account. A profile only exists if you turned on the League (the social part of the app, with a nickname, friends and points). Here is how to delete that profile.

Option 1: inside the app (fastest)

Open the 15 Minutes app.
Go to Settings → Social.
Tap Delete my profile and confirm.

It takes up to 3 taps. Deletion happens right away.

What is deleted

your nickname;
your friends list;
your bookshelf (books read and being read);
your League points and badges;
your progress saved in the cloud.

What stays only on your device (downloaded summaries, preferences) is removed when you uninstall the app. Backup copies on our server are erased within 90 days.

What about the subscription?

Deleting your profile does not cancel your Premium subscription. It continues until you cancel it in the store where you downloaded the app (today, the App Store; Android is coming soon), under Subscriptions. We have no access to your payment details.

Option 2: you no longer have the app

Email contato@15min.com.br with the nickname you used. We delete the profile within 30 days and reply to confirm. To also delete the random identifier used for gift codes, referrals and book ratings, say so in the same email.
